- Payments - All payments, deposits, and purchases order once made to Adiryankaya cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled for any reason.
- Consultation time -The Average consultation time in primary care settings ranges between 15 to 20 minutes. Consultation time can be extended if our skin and hair specialist feels the need.
- A follow-up care plan - A follow-up care plan is based on the type of services the client received. It may include your daily routine in diet and the products as it has a great impact on our skin and hair health. Clients are followed for 5 days after services.
- Customized skincare products - Every skin is unique, so it is important to know which product is better for your skin type. You tell us your skin type and lifestyle, we provide customized skincare products with all-natural substances that are clinically effective for all your skin concerns.
- Reaction/allergy - Adiryankaya does not guarantee suitability. You must always do a patch test to check whether your skin will react to new products. Patch testing involves applying a small amount of substance or product to the skin and observing any reaction that occurs. If you experience any allergic reaction as itchy, or red rashes on your skin, consult our skin specialist.
- Support - At Adiryankaya we are here for you whenever you need us. Between customer service and our extensive technical support, we hope you will find the best care and excellent service.
